How to connect your bluetooth device?
Turn off all bluetooth on your phone.
Long press “ON/OFF” button in the bluetooth eye band until the red/blue light flash.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, find the device, then connect.
After pairing the bluetooth sleep headphones with your phone, you can relax in bed watching Netflix, podcasts, meditations or listening to music while you sleep.
Notes: The band should be disconnected from the charger before connecting Bluetooth.
Only connect the Bluetooth to one device, disconnect with the previous device when connecting it to a new device.
